Three steps from first call to first day.

See the classroom your child would join and meet the teachers who run it.
Complete the enrollment forms. Plan a first week that suits your child's routine. We can start with shorter days if that helps. Then your child settles into the classroom at their own pace.
Most families fill out enrollment forms first. You will also need a health form and your child's immunization record. Have your emergency contacts and the names of people allowed to pick up your child ready. If you use ACS or HRA vouchers, bring that information too.
Pack a full change of clothes in a labeled bag. Add outdoor gear for the season and nap items if your child rests here. A comfort object from home helps, especially in the first weeks. Label everything with your child's name.
Before the first day, decide who will drop off and who will pick up. Tell us how you want to hear about your child's day. Ask us anything about meals, rest, or the schedule. The more we know, the smoother the start.

The first days often go better with a shorter stay. Your child can bring a familiar object from home. A teacher greets your child by name at the door. That small welcome helps more than anything.
At pickup, teachers tell you how your child ate, slept, and played. They share what made your child laugh and what was hard. Most children settle within a few weeks. If your child needs more time, we will work with you.
Ask about current rates when you call or tour. They depend on your child's age and schedule.
Children from Infants from 6 weeks; Ages 3-12 for Afterschool.
Yes, a tour is how most families decide. Your child can come along and see the room, meet the teachers, and try a few toys while you talk.
Many children start with shorter days and build up. A familiar object from home can help. Teachers tell you at pickup how your child ate, slept, and played, and how the day went.
The day is built around arrival, play and learning, meals and rest, and time outside. Infants have their own rhythm of feeding, diapering, and tummy time. After-schoolers get homework help and healthy snacks. Ask us for the schedule that fits your child's age.
Teachers talk with you at pickup about how your child's day went. You can also ask questions any time. If you want to hear more about a specific part of the day, just let us know.
Schedules depend on your child's age group and what openings we have. Call us and we will tell you what is available right now.
If we do not have a place for your child's age, ask us to let you know when one opens. We will keep your information and call when there is room.
Ask about hours, meals, and how pickups work. Ask how the first weeks are handled and what your child's day will look like. Ask anything that helps you feel confident about leaving your child here.
